We want you to be confident in what you purchase from OVRBST. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

How to Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 working days
  • Bank processing times may vary

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order.
