Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods or new drops, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is any delay, we’ll notify you by email.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

• Standard UK shipping: 2–5 working days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

OVRBST is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.
